Raymond Innovations is the world's first manufacturer of single phase, "just-plug-it-in" aftermarket soft-starters. We are a small company that hand assembles every one of our branded products in the beautiful Black Hills of South Dakota. Our business is built on a foundation of ethics, integrity, and trust — with our workers, our partners, and equally as important, our customers.
